Airomi ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. It applies to visitors and customers in the EU (GDPR) and UK (UK GDPR).

What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.
- Communications: messages you send us.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To process and deliver your orders (contract performance).
- To handle payments and prevent fraud (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
- To send marketing emails, only with your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve the store and analytics (consent / legitimate interest).
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the store: payment processors, shipping/fulfilment partners, email and analytics tools. Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/UK; where required, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
Retention
We keep order data as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
