Refund & Return Policy

Right of withdrawal (EU) / cancellation (UK)
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to withdraw
Notify us within the 14-day period at contact.airomi@gmail.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of returned goods
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; items reduced in value through excessive handling may lead to a partial refund.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund within 14 days using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return costs, at no charge to you.

Return address
Returns are arranged on request — contact us first at contact.airomi@gmail.com before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us, or the return may not be processed.
