1. Seller

2. Products & prices
Prices are shown on the product pages in the displayed currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may update prices and product availability at any time. Product images are illustrative.

3. Orders & contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund any amount paid.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery: 4–9 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Right of withdrawal / returns
See our Refund & Return Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Warranty / conformity
Products must match their description. EU/UK consumers have statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods; nothing here limits those rights.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence (EU/UK).
